Free antidetect browser features and limits
The free antidetect browser plan in WGBrowser has no time limit and includes 20 browser profiles, 100 MB cloud storage, Local API access and automation plugins. Install the full client and register an account to create profiles on Windows or an Apple silicon Mac.
Use the plan to set up your account profiles, test proxy connections and verify your daily workflow. When you need more profiles, team members or cloud storage, compare the current plans and pricing. The free plan and Lite edition serve different tasks, so choose the client that supports what you intend to do.
Profile isolation and fingerprint settings
Every plan includes isolated browser profiles, fingerprint settings, per-profile proxy configuration and cookie cloud sync. Each profile has its own fingerprint and cookies, with its own proxy assignment. Keep a clear relationship between a profile and the store, social account or advertising account you use in it, especially when managing multiple accounts across several platforms.
Fingerprint values are rewritten inside the browser engine. Device templates provide the starting configuration, with stable noise available for Canvas, audio and ClientRects. Choose a platform and device template when creating a profile, then reuse that profile for the corresponding account. Opening it again uses its saved fingerprint configuration. The fingerprint settings guide explains what you can configure.
Proxy configuration is separate from fingerprint configuration. Enter your own proxy connection details and test its actual exit IP before signing in. Creating a profile does not establish that the assigned proxy is working. Keep the profile's intended region, language and time zone in view when checking a connection for a store or social account.
Profile allowance and cloud storage
The free plan allows 20 profiles and provides 100 MB cloud storage. These are separate limits: profile capacity determines how many profiles you can create, while cloud storage holds synchronized data. Check both before importing a batch or planning to carry browsing data between computers. A small profile list can still contain data that needs storage review.
Cookies synchronize as they change. Other data, including LocalStorage, IndexedDB, extension data, bookmarks and history, uses storage snapshots processed when a profile closes. Availability of these additional storage features depends on your plan. Cookie sync being included in every plan does not mean every optional storage, sharing or export feature is also included.
You can turn cloud sync off for an individual profile that you use only on one computer. To continue on another computer, check the required sync options and wait for uploads to finish before switching. The cloud sync guide covers timing and data restoration. Always open the target website to verify its current login state after a transfer.
Local API and automation plugins
The free plan includes Local API and automation plugins, so you can evaluate scripted work using profiles you created yourself. First confirm the manual workflow: the right account, a working proxy and the intended page. Then test the automation against that same profile, checking both the inputs and the result before expanding to a larger selection.
Open Settings → Local API and enable the Turn on Local API setting when you are ready to connect a script. It is off by default and requires key authentication when enabled. Follow the Local API guide to test opening and closing one profile. Keep the API key and the new profile identifier in your script's configuration.
Plugin support does not mean a ready-made plugin exists for every business task. Check which task a plugin handles, the parameters it expects and the account permissions required by the website. Review the run result instead of assuming that starting a plugin completed the job. The automation page describes the available ways to run browser work.
Windows and Apple silicon Mac support
The full client is available for Windows and natively for Apple silicon Macs, including M1 and later models. Intel Macs are not supported. Check your Mac's chip before choosing an installer from the download page. The same product account can be used on Windows and supported Macs; you do not need a separate account for each operating system.
A profile can be open on only one device at a time. Before changing computers, close it on the current device and wait for synchronization. In a team, confirm who is using the profile before taking over. An occupancy message concerns that profile's active use and should not be treated as evidence of a proxy or website password problem.
The operating system of the client and the profile's device template are separate settings. A template supplies fingerprint parameters; it does not change the computer's physical hardware. When moving work between systems, check the fingerprint configuration and page behavior. See Mac support for the supported hardware and installation scope.
Free plan and Lite edition
The free plan belongs to the full client. It requires a product account and lets you create your own profiles, configure fingerprints and use the included automation features. Lite edition is for receiving prepared profiles from someone else, without registering a client account. It accepts share codes enabled for Lite claims or .fgbx files containing valid profile credentials.
Lite keeps the received profiles on the local computer. It does not provide cloud sync, team collaboration or multi-device occupancy management. You cannot create profiles or edit their fingerprints in Lite, and it does not import BitBrowser profile JSON. Local API, MCP, automation plugins and window sync are also unavailable in that edition.
Choose the full client if you will create account profiles, manage their fingerprints or connect scripts. Choose Lite when your task is to receive and use profiles that someone has already prepared. The sender must enable Allow Lite claims when creating a share code; an ordinary code is not necessarily eligible. Review the Lite edition guide before arranging a handoff.
Check the workflow before choosing a paid plan
Base an upgrade on the profiles you need to retain, the people who will operate them and the data you intend to synchronize. Compare profile share codes, cookie export, recycle bin and storage sync individually against the current plan's features. The free plan has no time limit, so a larger allowance should answer an actual capacity or workflow requirement.
- Install the full client, register and create one profile with a platform, device template and proxy. Give it a name that identifies the intended account.
- Check the proxy exit IP, language and time zone, then open the website and sign in. Close the profile, check synchronization and reopen it to verify normal use.
- If you need another computer or a script, test that part of the workflow next. Record the profile, member and storage capacity you need before selecting a plan.
FAQ
Is the free antidetect browser plan a trial?
The free plan has no time limit. It includes 20 profiles and 100 MB cloud storage, with usage governed by the current plan's features and allowances. Check Plans and pricing when you need more profiles, team members or storage, or when a particular sharing or export feature matters to your workflow.
Can I use the Local API on the free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes Local API and automation plugins. The API is off by default; enable it under Settings → Local API and authenticate requests with its key. Begin with one profile and verify opening, page interaction and closing. Check plugin inputs and results separately when evaluating a plugin workflow.
Does the free plan work on Mac?
Yes, on Apple silicon Macs with M1 or later chips. Intel Macs are not supported. You can use the same product account on Windows and supported Macs. Close a profile on its current device and wait for synchronization before opening it elsewhere, then verify the website's login state.
Is Lite edition the same as the free plan?
No. The free plan runs in the full client and lets you register, create profiles and use included automation. Lite receives prepared profiles through eligible share codes or credentialed .fgbx files and stores them locally. It does not provide profile creation, fingerprint editing, cloud sync, Local API or automation plugins.
